Moms & Scholars Scholarship Recipients

We are incredibly proud to serve women in the DFW area through our 4TheGirls Social Moms and Scholars Holiday Scholarship, presented by the Southern Girls Corvette Club. This program is designed to provide hard-working women with holiday relief, giving them the support they need to continue pursuing their educational and career goals.

These women embody the spirit of perseverance, strength, and dedication that defines what it means to be 4TheGirls. Through this scholarship, we are not just making their seasons bright—we are helping to make their futures even brighter. We are honored to be part of their journey and to provide them with the resources they need to thrive.

Congratulations to all of our recipients. We are proud to celebrate their accomplishments and excited to see the incredible things they will achieve as they continue to break barriers and build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Past Scholarship Recipients

Whitney Jones

Whitney’s journey has been one of resilience and self-discovery. At 21, she became a mother, navigating the challenges of a difficult relationship and the grief of losing her father. Despite facing adversity, Whitney continued to press forward, and by 24, she had her second child.

In the years that followed, Whitney began working as a substitute teacher at her daughter’s school, which ignited a deep passion for teaching. After years of taking classes at Tarrant County College (TCC) to figure out her path, she was accepted into Jarvis Christian University and officially promoted to a new role at her school in August.

Whitney is now focused on pursuing a career in education, with the goal of becoming a teacher. While she feels that God has a greater plan for her, teaching is where she is starting, and her passion for working with children of all ages is clear.

She is an active member of 4TheGirls Social and truly a pleasure. We are proud to support Whitney and are excited to see all the amazing things she will accomplish. Whitney was awarded $1,000 to help further her educational and career aspirations.
