🕡 6:30-6:45 PM: Mix, mingle, and wait for the late people
🕓 6:45-7:00 PM: Energize with a group warm-up
🏋️♀️ 7:00-7:45 PM: Break out into exercise rooms tailored to your fitness level
🧘♀️ 7:45-8:00 PM: Cool down and connect during a group discussion
